Founder & Therapist

As a therapist, my approach is collaborative and grounded in genuine connection. I believe each person brings unique strengths and challenges to therapy, and that meaningful change begins with feeling understood and supported. You are the expert on your own experiences. My primary goal is creating a space where you feel seen and heard and are able to express yourself authentically without judgement.

I specialize in working with Millennial and Gen-Z adults, parents, and individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout and perinatal mental health concerns. This includes support through trying to conceive, fertility treatment, pregnancy, postpartum and identity changes in parenthood, as well as other major transitions such as career shifts or new life roles. My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered, relational and cognitive behavioral practices. Sessions are tailored to each person’s needs with a focus on building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence. Above all, therapy is a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can show up as they are and receive genuine feedback.

Outside of the therapy room, I understand the demands of balancing work, relationships, and family life, and I bring that awareness into my work with clients. It is a privilege to support people as they navigate challenges and build greater resilience and self-compassion.

Finding the right therapist is important. You deserve the opportunity to see whether we feel like a good fit before committing to a full session. I offer all potential clients a free consultation to give us a chance to discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions about my approach, and get a sense of whether working together feels comfortable and supportive. The therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes, and I want you to feel confident in your decision as you take this step.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #37P01278600) serving clients across New Jersey through secure virtual sessions, making it easier to access support wherever you are in the state.

My Why…

Pursuing a career as a therapist was primarily influenced by my own experiences. I shifted from a corporate career to return to graduate school at New York University. I worked in New York City Public schools for my practicum and internship and then as a school counselor as well as an associate therapist in New Jersey while completing hours towards my LPC. My own experiences with infertility, IVF and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) prompted me to seek further training in Perinatal Mental Health, which is a speciality I am insanely passionate about! I’m a therapist, mom and most importantly, human being, and I bring this authenticity to the therapy room.

Therapy Rooted In Resilience

Resilience is not the absence of struggle, but the ability to adapt and grow through life's challenges. The willow tree is a symbol of flexibility, resilience and renewal, bending in the wind rather than breaking, remaining firmly rooted in the earth. The willow offers a quiet reminder that even in difficult seasons we, too, can adapt, heal, and begin again.

Therapy is not about changing who you are or finding something "wrong" with you. It is about creating a space where you can better understand yourself, explore the patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop new ways of responding to life's challenges.
